Apply protective nipple covers for sensitive skin & piercings.
Using the grid at the back of the tape,cut desired amount.
Start to the top of the shoulder. The boob tape will pull on the pre-boob rather than our skin to hold your boobs up.
Start applying the tape from the starting point and gently
stretch until you have reached the end position.
Until satisfied with desired look
Pull the tape gently towards your skin to avoid skin irritation.
Coconut oil and moisturiser applied to the tape can assist
in weakening the adhesive.
